Aussie rockers Tracer released thier debut album Spaces In Betwwen in October 2011. Tracer is a young, enthusiastic and tight unit who want to spend as much time as possible on the road.
If Robert Plant and Jimi Hendrix jammed to the sounds of Audioslave, the result might sound a little like Tracer. A sonic sledgehammer of epic guitars, clever hooks and raw, uncompromising vocals, Tracer’s unique blend of 90’s stoner and 70’s classic rock has earned them a growing following, and now an international record deal.

Aussie rockers Tracer released thier debut album Spaces In Betwwen in October 2011. Tracer is a young, enthusiastic and tight unit who want to spend as much time as possible on the road.
If Robert Plant and Jimi Hendrix jammed to the sounds of Audioslave, the result might sound a little like Tracer. A sonic sledgehammer of epic guitars, clever hooks and raw, uncompromising vocals, Tracer’s unique blend of 90’s stoner and 70’s classic rock has earned them a growing following, and now an international record deal.
Rising from the ashes of blues prodigy band The Brown Brothers in 2004, Michael (vocals and guitar) and Leigh Brown (vocals and bass) teamed up with drummer Andre Wise to make Tracer. The following years have seen the trio find success with 2 independent releases; 2 international tours.
Following their successful first European tour in late 2009, Tracer returned overseas in September 2010 to take a coveted showcase slot at Germany’s new format PopKomm MusicConference in Berlin. The band then set off on a string of dates throughout Germany, Czech Republic, the Netherlands, Switzerland and the UK, taking time off only to sign a long term record deal with Cool Green Recordings.
Listeners of Planet Rock have voted Tracer as 3rd Best New Band in 2011.
Tracer undertake their first UK headlining tour in April 2012.
In November 2012 Tracer won the Best New Band Award at The Classic Rock Role of Honour.
