We bought one of these for our nephew for Christmas. It arrived wrapped only in a plastic bag so by the time we received it, it was scratched and had chunks missing from it. We tried to contact the company to ask about returning it for an exchange but heard nothing back from them. Terrible customer service and in the end we had to buy our nephew something else as it was in not fit state to give him.

My daughter got it when she was 15 month old, she carried the animals around in her hands and purse and she also liked to put them on the shelves and just wouldn't be without them. It was a big hit with her. She is 2 and a half and still plays with them!
