little kitchen 3 Jan 2011
Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
The product was alot shorter than I expected but still ideal for little ones. My son is 2 and is tall for his age so not sure how easy he will find it when he grows taller as product recommended 3yr+.
He loves playing with all the bits that come with it and brilliant for role play. We will super glue all the parts together on the kitchen as these come apart very easily.- not dangerous though. Some may find the design more flimsy than they were expecting but then for under £30 it's prob all you'd expect.
Didn't realise that it actually made noise and had lights: 2x hobs that light up and make frying or boiling noise, oven door lights up and makes an noise too.
Added fun.

nice little kitchen 9 Jan 2012
Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
this is a great little kitchen for the price. requires batteries, oven door makes a 'clunking' noise when opened and hobs when switched on make cooking noises, other kitchen i looked at around the same prices didnt have this feature, which my daughter likes, comes with a selection of cooking utensils too. fairly sturdy, but dont expect it to be too big, (for us its just the right size to be tucked away when not in use )height is prob just over 60cm, which is great for our 2 year old! cant really fault it when comparing with other kitchens of varying cost.

small and flimsy 3 Jan 2012
Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
I bought this for Christmas for my 2.5 year old, expecting my 4 year old to play with it as well. For the price I wasnt expecting a top of the range toy, but this was a disappointment. It was much smaller than I expected, and flimsy. It comes apart easily and is not suitable for more than one child to play with at once, leading to many arguments in our house!

My 2 year old hasnt played with it much - apart from turning on the cooking rings which make an awful noise and can only be turned off manually - this is a feature which drives us adults mad and personally i think should be indicated on the box or online. There isnt much to it, the oven door keeps falling off and it is just not what we expected. A shame because there is clearly a gap in the market for a mid-range priced toy, we couldnt afford to spend £100 on a wooden one.
