My son loves this! 3 Oct 2009
    Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
So it's not a clock, and will not help children learn to tell the time, but my 3 year old understands that when the light is on and Buzz lightyear is on the clock, he needs to stay in bed, and when the light turns off and woody appears, he can get out of bed, and that is fab. The nightlight is fab and even though it is just bateries it seems to have a decent life span (a toys r us battery nightlight we bought would go through 4 AA batteries in one night!!)

Our clock functions perfectly and my boy loves it, so I would definately recommend it, but would say to be realistic in your expectations, if you want to teach a child to tell time, get a proper alarm clock!

    Such a Shame 15 Sep 2010
    Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
This clock seemed so promising at first. The concept is easy to understand and my son genuinely looked forward to seeing Woody in the morning. The huge problem with this product is that it is really noisy when the face changes from Buzz (night) to Woody (morning) and it actually woke my son up. Works well if they are already awake, but on the rare occasion that they are still asleep, it's a huge liability and since you don't know what time your child is likely to wake, like me, you may find yourself not setting it at bedtime. Such a shame.

Fun but basic. 10 Jan 2010
    Durability:    Educational:    Fun:
This is a good and simple concept but the night light has regularly turned to day setting without any apparent reason resulting in calls to bring back Buzz. When it works it is v good and fun for our nearly 3 yr old. It has resolved some going to bed issues that arose post scary Hallowe'en visitors. Batteries seem to last about 2-3mths with regular use.
