Just watched my son open this as his 7th birthday present from his sister. He was awestruck.
Pencils and crayons are good quality. Pens and markers seem OK but we'll see how they last. Pencil sharpener is a bit small.

This item is great, it has the wow effect all children want when getting so many pens and pencils. However, the carry case it quite rough around the edges, I almost cut my finger on the corners where the plastic has been moulded together. Other than that, this is a great item.
