This sorter was great when my 18 month little one was only sorting one shape, but when she tried to put in others they couldn't drop down fully because the previous block was in the way. Also the "easily removable" lid has become a pain because it moves around whilst she is trying to manipulate a shape in the hole. I will be buying another shape sorter, because this one is frustrating her.

This is a great, simple, nice wooden shape sorter. The build quality is good and although it was a little smaller than I expected, it was the right size for my baby. The lid was easy enough for him to slide out, but not put back - I guess there are advantages and disadvantages to this.
I noted that there were just 4 shapes to push through (circle, triangle, rectangle, square), not six as advertised. It also appears to be identical to the beebo peterkin product.
