My 3 year old loves this set. Lots of possible combinations of role educational play and lots of possibilities for expanding the set.

We bought this for our gradson for his second birthday present. He already has a smaller wooden train set from a well known swedish store and absolutely loves it. It helps with dexterity, counting, colour recognition as well as pure imaginative play. This set adds the extra elements of having people,cars,houses and trees which now help to create a rich world for his imagination to explore.
Highly recommend this set.
Oh, and grandpa, grandma and daddy enjoy it too!

wooden train set
This is a nice train set it also fits with ikea train track and Brio. The trains from Ikea and Brio fit lovely bit thomas trains wont fit there too small. Read more
