    I got these a couple of months ago and decided to use the steamer for the first time... Well whatever coating is on the steamer didn't like the steam too much and decided to flake off, A LOT. I was a bit disappointed because this was the first time I used it and all the other pans are fine. Also, the lids get VERY hot when they are on. All in all there are better products out there for the same or less money.

    I bought these when my 15 year old ones gave out. I was looking for reasonable quality without a huge outlay. Ones I looked at in the shops had silly, high handles to the lids that would not store well and many had quite sharp rims. I thought these would be a stop gap till I could find what I wanted but I like them, they are a reasonable weight to lift when full, the lids fit nicely, they pour well and have survived several goes through the dishwasher, though there is sometimes little patches of discolouration inside.
