I ordered this for my three year old as her first real trike. Size wise, it's for a 4-7 year old and I was hoping she could grow into it. The bike itself should last. The materials are good quality. It took my husband around 1 hour and a half to assemble all the pieces.
The trailer was the biggest disappointment. It arrived broken for one thing. One of the wooden basket panels had come off - so now there are exposed staples and it looks like they were glued on also. Really not that big of a deal as it can be fixed. But now that my kid is playing with it, more panels are breaking and sharp staples are exposed. Basically, the wooden parts on the trailer are a let down but I won't return it because my kid is only three and couldn't care less - all she sees is a big shiny red bike. If she were older, I would have gotten my money back.
Overall, the bike is OK. I felt like the trailer set it apart from other trikes so I'm quite disappointed it wasn't very good quality.
