First of all, I was sent a replacement (a soft cover) after asking where the Crystal case was at the end of the delivery estimate, and only received the actual product two weeks after the delivery estimate. But when I got the Crystal case I was very disappointed in two ways. First, its obviously disappointing when the replacement sent is actually better than the actual product. And secondly, the product differs from the picture (which now seems to have been removed). The picture showed that it covers everything except the buttons, sockets, the touch-screen and the cameras (a small hole for the front-facing camera). But, instead, you get a cover that protects the back. Nothing else. On top of lack of protection, it looks like that if it was dropped, the ipod will just fly out of the case (not going to test this).
I've decided its not worth returning it seeing as it was £3, but I'll be using the replacement case (which is only a little bit better, 3 stars for the replacement case).

This product arrived after about 25 days after ordering it and it's NOT the same case as shown in the picture.I am not impressed at all.

Amazon Verified Purchase
The product didn't arrive for about 12 days, but i was sent a free replacement until the real one arrived. The contact between me and the seller was good, and the actual product it sell was just OK, not anything amazing.
UPDATE: I've only just realized but the case I received is not the same case as the picture shows!

Ipod 4 cover
Arrived in plenty of time, Fits the Ipod like a glove!, Looks classy & so far has kept the Ipod scratch free. Would buy another if I had to.

Good value for money
It's a transparent plastic cover for the 4th gen ipod. I like it. Does not look like one has put a cover. Hence, one can still see the original shine of ipod. Read more
