Of all the headrest mounts I've researched for the iPad 2, this is the nicest by far. I recently purchased a new SUV without a rear entertainment system and opted to use the iPad 2 for the kids (a much cheaper option). I didn't want to install a crappy looking mount made from nylon straps and fake leather so I went with the TouCoul.
It's very solid and well thought out. I did read the negative review concerning the joints breaking and it seems very possible if you're not careful. I adjust the unit by placing my hands on the strong joints and not the thin plastic pieces that holds the iPad 2. The joints are very tight. Just bend and move it slowly with care. If you do this, I don't see how it could possibly break. Let's face it, these are plastic not titanium. My only concern is that if you intend to remove the iPad frequency, it may wear or damage the rubber that hold the iPad in. You may not want to park your car and leave attractive iPads mounted to the headrests. They need to design a quick release that leaves the mount on the headrest, but allows you to take the iPad off temporarily.
Bottom Line: If you can deal with the price, you will not find a better mount.
Removing the iPad frequency may wear the rubber mounts
No quick release
