Only part way through the package and I am enjoying it quite a bit.
The authors are very thorough and the musical lessons are good.
The DVD is fun and the performances are quite impressive. It must have been a lot of work it to organize and arrange the whole production. It is fun to see all those different keyboards all together in one room. For someone who has lived through the eras described, the talk was facinating and educational. The musical expertise of the presenters is a joy to watch.
The other materials are good and interesting also.
The music lessons are informative and hold much valuable pop music theory.
My only complaint is the the big size combination book is a little heavy and awkward at the piano, but this is offset by the magical fun of exploring the different parts.
An impressive package and a great effort for anyone interested in pop keypoard music, rock and roll, blues piano and boogie woogie.

I bought this thinking that the DVD and CD would help me to learn how to play the keyboard.... I was wrong. It mostly just tells the history of the keyboard and different styles of playing it. I was disappointed that I spent 20 dollars and didn't get much out of it.
