This book represents all of my obsessions: Madonna, THE BREAKFAST CLUB, early MTV videos, BOSOM BUDDIES...the list goes on and on.

As I round up all the most (and in some cases *least*) memorable aspects of the '80s in music, movies, TV, fashion & fads, I think I manage to pull together all the things the rest of the world was obsessing over.

If you're into the '80s, you're bound to find *lots* of fun and familiar stuff in my book.

And hey -- it also has an interview with Cyndi Lauper. What more do you want?

Being an 80s junkie, I liked this book a great deal. It is arranged as a series of lists (e.g. 10 hottest foods of the 80s), so it's very easy reading and you can quickly find what you're looking for (although it lacks an index). You'll find lots of great 80s music, movie and TV references in here, and I'm sure you'll get a good laugh out of it too (which may be the book's greatest asset).
