good value for money 12 May 2010
i found the machine was fairly easy to put together despite the instruction manual looking quite confusing it was easy to work out what went where. Once it was all put together however i found the belt was very stiff and it was really difficult to get it to move, the instruction book suggested a silcone water based spray which i used and this solved the problem, the only other problem i found is the belt does keep going to the left and it needs to keep being adjusted but once all this is sorted i found it to be a very good treadmill it also folds up quite flat so it can be stored in the corner of the room without getting in the way

I bought this product feb 2010, i picked it because i needed a treadmill that would take my weight, with the intension of losing alot by waking on it at every chance when i couldn't get outside to walk. It was easy to put together and to use and store but i had only walked on it 8 miles when the belt started to get hot the plastic board beneath the belt started to bend then the wooden board beneath that broke. I only managed to walk on it at 1 mile at a time over a 2 week period as i was not used to treadmill walking so didn't want to over do it. I have since sent it back on the 05/03/2010, it is now the 12/03/2010 and i have heard nothing from the firm in reply. This is obviously not fit for task.

Dreadful instructions. Took hours to put together. Bolts won't screw in.

Utterly dreadful. Don't buy.
