A Useful Resource for the Serious Runner 21 Dec 1999
By SRotha - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Spiral-bound|Amazon Verified Purchase
I run several days a week, and I like to keep track of the mileage I run, my pace, and my time. This book makes record keeping easy. It is well organized, and easy to read. There are sections for weekly logs, interval training, and race logs. Svensson also provides information on nutrition for runners, strength training, and monitoring your heart rate. It is also compact, and fits easily into your gym bag. If you are looking for a training log, I strongly recommend this book.

Cheap and Poor Quality 1 July 2008
By Jonathan - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Spiral-bound|Amazon Verified Purchase
This product was a huge disappointment. I liked the idea of a "blank" log, where you can create your own categories, but there are two big problems with this book: paper is very light weight and low quality, so pages start bending and twisting awkwardly; and the printing is so light, you can't easily find log information for a certain day.

I went back to Bill Rodger's log, which is much more user friendly..
Great For Multisport - Serious or Casual 11 Jan 2009
By D. Lucas - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Spiral-bound
My wife and I have been using this log for over 10 years. We buy 2 each year. The smaller size is very convenient. I do 3 different sports, so the multiple, unlabeled columns are excellent for me. I can arrange the information MY way, not the way a champion marathon runner that only runs would do it. The one week per page format makes it easy to go back to previous years books and compare my current perfomance. My wife is a very casual exerciser and certainly doesn't want to follow the format of a champion marathon runner either. Plenty of ways for her to list her weight lifting, cardio machines, and other Oprah inspired activities. Best for those who want to do things their own way. Probably not so good for puppets.
