Oakland provides a comprehensive account of the divergent models of TQM and posits his own model which he developed as a TQM practitioner and exponent. Whilst his perspective of TQM appears to have emerged from his own experience, one can't help feeling his book is nothing more than a practitioner laden commercial endorsement of TQM.

It is relevant for study on quality managemnt. It is a pleasure to read and it is easy to understand how to implement, assess and integrate the TQM into the strategy of the organization to improve its business performance. I have already recommended this book to my friends and in thier opinion it is one of the books we should to have.
