About the Author

John S. Oakland is Chairman of Oakland Consulting LLP and Head of its Research and Education Division. He is also Emeritus Professor of Business Excellence & Quality Management at Leeds University Business School, UK. For Over 30 years he has researched and consulted in all aspects of quality management, strategic process management and business improvement in thousands of organizations.
