A book to dip into 2 April 2009

I have had this book for a number of weeks now and dip into it every single day out of personal and professional interest (I'm a Counsellor training to be a Spiritual Life Coach). I've read a lot of coaching books but they seem to be either way too simple or way too complicated. This book is pitched right in the middle and covers everything you could possibly want to know about improving your own life and assisting others in improving theirs.

This is a must have book for everyone who wants to change their lives, and an essential study book for all Life Coaching students. The authors of this life coaching book demonstrate the highest level of this interesting and fascinating profession. I am a life coaching student and read in this book every day. It shows in detail how to build a coaching relationship with your client with examples for belief, - relationship-, Spirituality -, coaching. Also, they describe how to enhance communication skills, living life with integrity and much more.
I certainly would give this book a 5star rating.

This book is great for a life coach who's training. It provides practical hints and tips. It makes me think - and I actually look forward to reading it every evening.
