I am no CAD expert but have used Autocad whilst at work. Now retired I purchased Total Cad to do a few 2D drawings for myself. What a waste of time. Loaded the software, printed the manual - didnt even match. After several hours of trying to make sense of them I gave up. Deleted the software, disc in the bin and manual to recycling bin. The only reason it gets one star is that I only wasted £5 to buy it.

This product does do what it says on the pack - help to produce 2D or 3D drawings. I found that it was limited by the fact that it whilst it has lots of 3D templates the same can't be said for 2D where it is woefully lacking. It does come with an extenisve help manual but again it is mainly based on 3D work. It is certainly not user friendly so its' price advantage over other similar programmes is rather negated by its' lack of templates and non-ease of use.

This product is good from 2D and 3D design but it ideally needs a tutorial because the help on it isn't great. However it's great for the price and to add bits to your portfolio.
