Got this cable to connect my PC to amp and the sound was terrible. Loads of breaks in the sound and glitches. Used another cable and it worked perfectly so I know it wasn't a problem with my TV/amp.

I used this to link my HD TV to AV Receiver so I can bypass the speakers in the TV. Works fine, no dropouts and the connectors make very tight links into the sockets so won't fall out. The cable is thin which us a bonus if you're fitting into D-Line trunking along with HDMI and power.

I have this running from my TV into a DAC and it works a treat.

Don't pay a fortune for a Toslink cable. It's digital - the signal is the same.
