Delivery was 3 days, which is fine.
Pros:
good quality robust construction
excellent battery life (the LED on the base (not the lid) shows green when the player is switched on; when switched off it shows orange while charging from the mains and off when fully charged, but this is not documented anywhere)
picture quality is excellent
volume is good
no noise from the drive.
Cons:
sound is tinny: it's acceptable, but much better with good quality headphones
the instructions say you must not connect to a 12v supply (ie car charger) with the battery in place: it must be removed first, else there may be flames and/or electric shock! This is a major design flaw: how many people read the instructions cover to cover? There is no indication of why this is, nor is there any indication on the player, battery pack or charger that you must remove the battery with 12v connected. I'm bound to forget sometime. This comes close to making an otherwise very good product unacceptable.
