Cautionary tale about a newly married couple whos lives are torn apart when the husband becomes a drug addict.
This sounded like it was going to be a good drama but instead it is pretty dreadful! Pamela sue martin gives a good performance as the wife(she also co wrote/co produced it) but everything about this film is a cliche mess.It also stars Ian mcshane in a completely unconvincing role as a drug dealer!
The quality of the dvd is very poor too with it being a VHS transfer which is muddy & blurred.Very disappointed!

Ok, this movie is not a masterpiece, but I liked it, and you cannot find it in Italy. The quality of the DVD is quite good.

Fueled by my fasination with Steve Railsback at the time (for scaring the bejeesus out of me in Healter Skelter), I had to see what else he could do. Torchlight was a touching, tear jerker, and I want to buy it.
