Backrest with breathable mesh cover, ergonomically shaped to support your back optimal, stageless height adjustable via raster mechanism.
Tension effect of the backrest can be adjusted individually to the body weight by a turning knob below the seat.
Convenient intervertebral discs seat.
Point-synchro-mechanism for a synchronic adjustment of the seat and backrest angle, lockable in various positions by a lever on the right hand side.
Stageless height adjustable via Toplift (LGA-tested).
Decorative and solid black polyamide base, equipped with braked double-wheel safety castors suitable for carpet floors.
Including height adjustable „U2(B)“ armrests.
Seat with a black fabric cover (100% Polypropylene), backrest with a black mesh cover (100 % Polyester).
This product has the GS-sign of the LGA Nuremberg and complies in this relation to all security requirements.
Seat height, -width, -depth: 43-51 cm, 48 cm, 48 cm; Backrest height: 60 cm.
Optionally available: special castors for hard floors e. g. marble and stone floors (6991).

Unlike your usual rickety plastic office chairs, this is absolutely rock solid. I won't mince words; I am a large woman and as any person larger than 16 stone will tell you, finding a chair that is supportive and isn't rickety can be a problem. From the moment you park your behind in this chair, you know that there will be no trembling, rocking, lowering and creaking; it is the sturdiest chair I have come across to date.
The weight of it is absolutely astounding, and you can feel the quality just when trying to move it as weighs about 4 times more than your average swivel chair. I can lean to the side on this without the sensation the whole chair is going to tip over (the case with some of the previous chairs I've owned).
Came packaged nicely in a massive box in a limited number of pieces and was very easy to put together (took about ten minutes). The instructions I will say were quite unhelpful as they are in German and the only English language section is in a font so small that it is a struggle to read. In the end, we worked with logic and figured out where things went (and it isn't very hard to do).
The mesh is quite solid and very supportive and has a deep curve to support your spine while simultaneously preventing you from slouching and potentially causing yourself pain later. The arms and the back are both adjustable to your preference - it takes a little tweaking to find the exact position that is right for you and what you find comfortable may not be what other people in the office/family may find comfortable so you might find this a chair that will need to be adjusted from use to use/person to person.
While the chair is comfortable, I will say that the seat section of this (and indeed the mesh) are quite solid and you do not 'sink into this' as you would with some of your luxury office chairs that retail at half the price. If you're looking for the kind of comfort you can sink into, this isn't for you, this chair is designed to be ergonomic and supportive to alleviate back problems for the kind of people who spend hours at a desk/computer.
Already having spent a few hours in this I can feel a differece in my posture, I have not slouched and in return I feel much more alert and the pain I generally get at the bottom of my spine isn't as severe as it as it generally feels by now.

This is not only a really solidly built chair. It is the comfiest chair too
It comes packaged in a rather large heavy box and takes about 10 minutes to assemble.
It has a lever to adjust the back of the chair. A lever to adjust up and down. And the arm rests are also adjustable.
SOLID

It's not creaky or wobbly. It easily took two people on it spinning around until we felt sick. (I am aware that spinning around on a chair is not it's main primary function-but a new chair does need taking for a spin)
LOOKS

The mesh gives the chair a lightness and stylish look. It also means when it's tucked up under a desk, the desk is not totally obscured.
VALUE
=====
It is made in Germany and as a consequence can never be as cheap as a Chinese import. However if you use a chair day in, day out then this is a small investment to look after your comfort and posture. It's not cheap but it is worth it when you look at the build quality and design.

My first impression about this chair was how well designed every component is - this thing is bomb-proof (untested)! It seems heavy when you're putting it together (this only involves a few screws - a little common sense is required as the GERMAN instructions are...minimal!) but once it's all together it actually seems nice n light due to the brilliant wheels which roll around on my (slightly uneven) wood floor without and problem. Everything about it speaks of build quality and that it was meant to last - this is a great investment of £150 in my back and my comfort. I love it and couldn't recommend it more.
One comment on the packaging - it came in a cardboard box with a flip-top lid! Not sealed! Everything was present but still. Bit dodgy - I have written (in English...) to the suppliers about that.
