The most dastardly, despicable, deadly and dreadful figures that history has to offer are all to be found within Horrible Histories Top Trumps! Does Vlad The Impaler get the point? Can Blackbeard cut it? Or will Henry VIII give you the chop? Find out who's the most horrible of them all! On the first card in the pack it will ask you go to toptrumps.com/3D. Download free 3D software and show the first card to your webcam. Then you're off! You will be asked a series of questions and you have to find the answer using the cards in your pack. Hold up the magic symbol cards facing the webcam and a 3D image will appear on the screen telling you what to do next.

Bought these for my 8 year old son who is hooked on the CBBC TV series. He absolutely loves them and has learnt lots of gross facts about all the historical figures in the set.
Only note would be that they say they are 3D Top Trumps, but you need to enter a code from the cards onto a website, show the card to a webcam which will then return a 3D image. This didn't really bother my son but I felt it was slightly misleading. Lots of fun nevertheless!

Bought this for my son who's mad on HH. We were really looking forward to seeing some cool 3D effect cards but these are NOT 3D at all. You are instructed on the inside card to go to a site and download some software which will interact with a webcam to produce a 3D effect - not the same thing at all. Wouldn't be so bad if the cards were a decent quality but they are pretty poor - the drawings are not by Martin Brown and the info is too sketchy to be very interesting. If I hadn't opened them they would definitely be going straight back.

We purchased this product because my 9 year old son is Horrible History mad. It has proved a great success. We went on holiday and it was a perfect game for in the airport and on the plane. Nice and compact we could just slip it in my son's pocket. As it is Horrible Histories the information on the cards was highly educational but because it was all "Horrible" my son found it all great fun. This product is a quick, cheap totally portable game that I highly recommend to anyone with young boys.
