Don't bother.,

I thought that I had purchased a children's book when I opened this as the font was so large, it's also 1 1/2 line spaced to fill out what is essentially a very small book. I bought this as a guide as it offers "top tips", what it does however provide is endless seemingly contrived case studies in which Gina saves the poor struggling mother from predictable scenario after predictable scenario. Oh Gina how did we survive without you? Oh yes we just applied a little common sense. There are some very good weaning books on the market; unfortunately this in my opinion is not one of them.My top tip for weaning books, buy something else.

This Gina Ford baby weaning book has in my opinion got to be the one and only baby weaning bible available. UhIt has easy to follow text, recipes and even a feeding schedule should you choose to use it.... My daughter and I have a copy each so that we can be consistent with the foods that we introduce to my grandson. He has really enjoyed everything so far, and is a happy healthy litle boy.However if you choose `Baby Lead Weaning` you can still find some invaluable tips. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone who wants their baby brought up on home cooked food rather than commercial.
