I've had a quick look through the recipes and they look varied and interesting. I will definitely give them a try. On the downside most of the recipes are for 6 people so I will have to downsize the ingredients for 1 as it doesn't state how long it can be stored in fridge or if it is freezeable.

It was free - fortunately - since the majority of the recipes are for salads and, if you have even the most basic imagination and can think of adding a tomato, or orange, or pepper, or .... then that's that. Yes, there are a few, very very few, hot dishes and a couple of sweet, but nothing inspiring. I flicked through all 40 recipes and thought "so what?"
This must be aimed at the most basic of cooks who find the concept of 'cook quinoa in milk and water; stir in cinnamon and berries; and eat" a challenge. (This is the essence of the penultimate recipe!)

Measurements are American; all cups. And cups are just too confusing. Depends on the item in the cup. I need quick and easy to understand. Haven't even made anything from the book, therefore, apart from the measurements, the recipes may be okay. Let me know.
