Just made of cheap felt and hard plastic but a nice fancy dress item, not a real top hat made of the finest materials, just a bit of Jack the Ripper style fun.

I needed a cheap top hat for a fancy dress and this one fit the bill perfectly. Though made of felt, plastic and ribbon, it still looks pretty decent, and is surprisingly durable as long as you don't crush it.

The hats are smaller (not as tall) as they appear in the photo (more bowler hat than top hat), and are very flimsy.
It would have been helpful to have known dimensions in advance to make decisions about use (we're actually going to use 12 of them to create a "Mad Hatter's Tea Party" flower display - and fear that the hats won't stand up to much manipulation!)
Fine for kid's party hats, short-term use - but still don't look like top hats!
