Product Description

We all want our children to enjoy happy and fulfilled lives and reach their full potential at school and beyond. With recent studies supporting the book's premise that certain foods can improve brain function, concentration and behaviour, it focuses on the key topical issues, showing how parents can use diet to keep their child alert, focused and happy. Each of the 100 recipes are quick and easy to make and also come with key nutritional information and at-a-glance symbols.

This book is really good. It has loads of ideas for very tasty & easy to make food, with the added benefit that it is deemed to be food that will help your child to be brainy. There are lots of ideas for breakfasts, lunches, dinners, desserts & snacks. I've made quite a few, and plan to do more.
