This book tells you all you want to know but are too scared to ask, because you think you should already know. It is a good manual that you will keep refering back to for help. It includes loads of tips on how to deal with all sorts of extractions and what to do if it doesn't all go to plan. It also covers the subject of what you should be aware of might happen . A easy to read and understand text that i recommend for all undergrad's.
