This is a great book with a very silly low price.
More for someone who is getting their 1st house as some of the points in it were more about common sense.

this book does list some interesting stuff such as how to keep whites white, how often to change bedding, keep dust mites away etc
however some of it is a bit obsessive ie the five miute "boil wash"
(sounds a bit frightening, doesnt it?)and the suggestion to carry clean underwear with you when out and about
the main focus of this book is hygiene, which is obvious fro,m the way the authors have given their advice, such as to wash towels daily but it is just a bit obsessive in the advice it gives.

Really like their programs and have a book of theirs already but this one was not up to their usual standard andheld no more helpful answers than their bible which I already have and use
