Out of the darkness of the unravelled human mind comes the light at the end of the difficult tunnel. I know at times it doesn't seem like the journey's over but by reading the book I appreciate some of the tribulations that have made you the clear spoken author you are. Now I understand.....
This is one of the most capturing books I have read in a long time, I couldn't put it down. Not for the faint hearted it'll make you laugh or cry probably both, highly recommended.

True account 12 July 2008
By J. Cole
Format:Paperback
This is a true story how a young man re tells his life and how he has suffered with a mental illness. It is a true account of how he stayed in a mental hospital and the treatment he received (didn't receive). The writer has been in hospital and he writes about his treatment as well as other things in his life that went wrong. His personal life was a disaster because of his illness he explains how he messed up his life and the irresponsible things which he did. He didn't only have to cope with the illness but the alcohol he drank to try help his illness. This book made me laugh and cry and realise what people with this illness are going through. This book descripes the truth about mental illness and how it affected the autor throughout his life.
