Format: Hardcover
This book is an absolute must for an Northern Soul fan, past or present. For a fact based book I found it hard to put down, each page was full of memorys of experiences, people and places. It provides a chronological progression for the scene and provides an insight into its politics. The book finishes with a question as to whether the scene can out live it's aging devotees. I have my doubts but I would suggest that anyone owning this book will cherish it as much as their first Northern Soul 45.
