finally, a hair dryer for black hair that has more than 2 settings
Excellent hair dryer, saying this as have owned the wahl hair dryers (1&2) and the aphrodite hair dryer
This offers various options for drying hair without using too much heat, and when you do require higher heat for straigter styles it is quite powerful, meaning u dont have to expose hair to heat for a long time.

doesnt leave hair feeling dry, the attachment is small, but this means its easier to manipulate hair sections.
Drys hair quickly, smoothes tangles, doesnt dry out hair or burn hair as much and variable options, thumbs up

I was very disappointed with this hairdryer, I thought being a Toni and Guy product it would be well made. The afro connection comes off so very frequently when drying your hair and either falls off or gets stuck in the hair. I used it on my daughters who have relaxed hair, so its not the toughest of textures.
I have to conclude that it is made very poorly and this causes me annoyance and delay in hair drying. In addition to this problem, the switches move too easily and it tends to switch to the off position when using it while in use. I've never had this problem with other blow dryers.
Whilst it looks good, it doesn't do a great job for the reasons mentioned. If more effort was taken to have a better attachment mechanism, it would be fine.
Its that bad, that I will be writing to Toni and Guy about it. Not recommended for afro hair at all. I am on the look for a better product, but I feel this one has been a great waste of money.

When I brought this product I was excited to see the effect it had on my hair, but to my shock and horror it is not assembled correctly so the Afro pic falls of with the slightest bit of pressure infact I am so disappointed I got intouch with Tony and guy to see how they could resolve my problem.
