My First Remote Control Thomas is a simple to use remote control toy that lets even the youngest Thomas fan control the action. The Thomas engine is brightly coloured and very durable. The remote control has two large buttons to press to make Thomas move. Press one to make Thomas move forwards, press the other to make Thomas reverse and turn at the same time.
Each time one of the buttons is pressed Thomas makes fun engine sounds including whistles, chug chugs and many more. The funnel also lights up red when the engine is moving--just like a real steam engine!
Suitable for ages 18 months+. 5 x AA batteries required.

Brought as a present for my 2 year old daughter. She absolutely loves it.
Its large buttons are easy for little fingers to operate and being simply forward or backward makes it pretty uncomplicated, it's also sturdy enough to take a few knocks.
Somewhat battery intensive; 5 AA's required and a small head phillips to open the battery covers.
I just wish someone had thought to design in a volume control or mute switch as the Thomas theme tune (which plays whenever it is in motion) can get a little wearing!!

My grandson is only 1year old but just loves to press buttons and watch things move.Some remote controls can be quite complicated,but this one is so simple with just 2 pretty coloured buttons,which are very easy for little fingers to press.He absolutely adores.

This is an absolutely fantastic toy, robust and easy to handle. My 2 and a half year old grandson got to grips with this straight away (and so did his grandad!). I would strongly recommend this to encourage coordination and motor skills.

My first remote

Value for money
Good Value Toy, easy to use for children, bit noisy would have been better if there is a volume control and little lights glowing with music.

Thomas the tank
