Tomy's Thomas and Cranky Coal Loader set is literally non-stop fun, action and adventure and is sure to keep all young Thomas fans happy and entertained for ages.
This motorized set see's Thomas hard at work, continuously loading coal and carrying it to the quarry lift, drops it in the hopper where it falls down the chute ready for Cranky to lift it up and tip it into the loading bay. Thomas hands over to LOR1 who scoops up the coal ready for the fun to start all over again.

I love watching Thomas go round the tracks, very well designed but my son gets upset as all he wants to do is hold Thomas and push him round himself so would recommend for children over 3.

This toy is fun to watch for the first five minutes, but then gets boring. my son is nearly 3 and wants to play with thomas but its a toy that you have to just watch , not get involved with. Comes apart very easily.

This toy is very difficult to collect. But it brings a lot of fun to the child. My son is happy to watch the movement of trains. He is now experiment with weights. He wonders what would happen if we do not the balls, and fellows of Lego. He removes sections of the road and sees that the train is not coming. This all gives him great joy.
And I would caution buyers. The set includes only one wheelbase.

Falls apart and broken pieces
The idea of this was great. But my children (3 and 4) wanted to keep pushing it and moving parts. It needs more to do than just watch it like leavers and switches. Read more

great fun cranky coal
purchased cranky coal for my 3yr old nephew great fun & easy to play with.down sides are coal balls are little on small size for younger ones & very easy to fall apart.

Brilliant!
