The front panel of the bedrail folds down easily to allow the parent access to the child, once the double action hinges are activated by the parent. The front panel houses a pocket for children's favourite toy or book and the white mesh is soft to the touch if the toddler bumps into it accidentally.NOT suitable for slated based beds unless a solid board is added.

Easy to assemble and pack away again in minutes. We use this mainly for holidays if travelling by car, it hardly takes any space up in the boot and is light enough to carry. Found it really sturdy if my daughter rolls against it during the night. Great product, from a wellknown brand.
