Say hello to the world's smallest mass produced bipedal humanoid robot! I-Sobot comes ready to play straight from the box and you can choose from 4 modes, including one where he can perform fun and quirky scenes from western battles, through to voice command recognition that enables I-Sobot to respond (yes, respond) to 10 words or phrases you say. He has 200 programmed English spoken phrases that are often hilarious and always impressive. But the most jaw-dropping thing about I-Sobot is the human-like articulation that arises from the multiple jointed design of his arms and legs. His 17 servo-motors enable him to perform a series of impressive pre-installed actions, such as gymnastics, dancing and even kung fu! All this comes from simply pressing combinations of buttons on his remote control, which comes with full instructions. i got my isobot yesterday for the money its great all that tech in something that small its great everyone who has seen it wants one it moves really good and has loads of different options it balances on one leg stands on its head walks talks what more one you want highly recomended

Got mine for Christmas, they are great fun and really easy to use.
No setting up, just charge up the batteries for the robot (supplied, need buy them for the remote), and away you go.
I was very skeptical at first but, my doubts were un founded.
Very good value now the price has been reduced.

Not impressed to have a broken servo on the right leg straight out of the box. Googled problems with the i-sobot and others seem to have the same problem. Terribly disappointing to not even be able to get it to stand up.
The battery cover also has terribly small cross-point screws - needs a jeweller's screwdriver to open it which most of us don't have lying around the house. Would have been nice if Tomy had included a small screwdriver given the bot only runs for 50 mins on one charge.

TOMY I SOBOT
This is easy to use, maybe a bit tricky to use for the younger children. It will do most tricks. You can save your own programs or use pre programmed ones.
