This is an amazing, colourful playhouse that’s packed with fascinating activities for your little explorer to discover.

The Discovery Dome combines fun and developmental activities with a child’s very own play space, through which they can interact with the world. Each wall of the Discovery Dome has specially designed activities to develop baby’s manual dexterity and introduce colours, shapes and numbers for hours of fun!
From ball play and shape sorting to posting and peek-a-boo games, this playhouse is just so full of fun that your child will be entertained and stimulated as they grow and develops new skills. With colours, noises and a light switch, there are lots to discover in this imaginative dome:
  • The Helter Skelter Ball Wall has five balls that zoom down inside and outside the Dome, rattling as they whiz along.
  • The balls can also be posted through the Ball Pocket wall, and then released with baby’s very own set of coloured and shaped sorting keys.


    • The coloured beads in the rain window make a fantastic noise when it’s spun, and the tinted windows are perfect for games of peek-a-boo.

  • There is a working light activated by a pull down switch in the entrance.
  • Features four big ‘paw’ feet for stability, and the whole item folds flat for easy storage, ready for the next day of discovery!

The roof has special peek-a-boo holes in it for parents to surprise their baby or toddler, whilst children will love to spend time looking through the different funny coloured tinted windows at their parents.

    What a fantastic idea - shame it isn't very well made... the 'feet' fall off every time the Dome is moved (they are supposed to stay on), the light cord comes off every time it is pulled (the light cord is a feature of the toy - I checked!) and the roof keeps coming off which results in the whole thing collapsing on the floor!

    I contacted Tomy and they said (in summary) that no-one else has complained and if I am not satisfied with it, may they suggest I take it back for a refund. I don't think they understand that my son would be heartbroken if I took it away from him - instead, wouldn't it be a good idea if they made it strong enough so that a (non-destructive!) 14 month old baby couldn't pull it apart. Now there's a thought, Tomy...

    I bought this product for my 1 yr old last Christmas & it has provided many hours of fun. My little girl loves this toy, but her favourite piece of it is the keys, which I find everywhere, in her toy car, handbag, or down the sofa !
    She enjoys hiding in the dome & I like the fact that it can be easily moved from room to room, & it has even been outside on warmer days.
    However, there are a couple of flaws which I found with this product. One was the fact that everytime it was moved the feet did in fact fall off & the top came off a bit too easily. My daughter thought it was great fun to stand up & let the top pop off only for mummy to have to put it back on. This was ok for for the first couple of times but soon became highly annoying !
    Having said that I have had a year of it being played with on an almost daily basis so that's not too bad going for a £35ish toy !

    I am very dissapointed with this toy.
    I bought it for my 1 year old & after only 5 weeks one of the legs has completely snapped
    Prior to this to roof keep coming unclipped and it collapses.
    The feet also constantly fall off
    The light no longer works either
    I would advise no one to purchase this
    This is probably the least durable toy I have ever purchased
