Product Description
Dora the Explorer Megasketcher allows budding artists to create great drawings and decorate them with Dora themed stampers! There is a special pen with butterfly detail to draw with and stampers of the Map and Star as well as Dora footprints . To help re-create scenes from the cartoon, the megasketcher also comes with 2 stencils and when the drawing is finished, simply pull Boots the monkey down the tree and watch as he erases the screen ready to start again!

Between all 3 children I have gone through a few megasketcher type toys. The most durable by far have always been the origional Tomy one, so I didn't really mind spending the amount charged for this as I thought it would last. I have had it about 2 hours now and from opening it, it appears very gimmicky and not top quality like other Tomy toys. The pen is not on a string like most other magna sketcher so I anticipate tomorrow that will be lost. My main issue with it is that when cleaning the board there is a section of it that will not clear no matter how many times it is swiped with the eraser part. The only way i can clear it is to press down with my hand whilst clearing and that seems to work, but don't expect my 2 year old to do this! Not sure if I got a dud one, but it just doesn't live up to my expecations durability wise considering it is Tomy and especially how much it costs! Buy an origional non-gimmick one!
