Toddle 'n' Ride starts life as a sturdy walker helping 12 month olds get more confident on their feet. The removable activity board features squeakers, spinners and a telephone, and underneath there's a secret storage compartment.
As the child starts toddling, the walker converts easily to a three wheel sit-and-ride trike - it's fully steerable and features a trailer and horn.
Manufacturer's recommended age 12 months +.

The fun in this toy is for the adults in converting it from one thing to another. Unfortunately the push-along is too big and unwieldy for a cruising baby to manoeuvre, and the tricycle is not correctly balanced. Both my children and several visitors have tipped over forwards onto their noses due to this. I'm tempted to send it back to TOMY or at least hide it in the attic before someone hurts themselves. It is more stable with the trailer on but the trailer comes off very easily. Also the handle bars and horn keep unscrewing and falling off in the busy hands of little children. A real disappointment.

Ingenious design! This lump of plastic is fantastic and easily converted from a walker to a ride-on as my boy grew older.
From the second he started crawling I knew he would need soemthing sturdy to build his confidence with walking. Within no time at all he was walking and bashing into things all over the house. It even has a cute activity table to play with when his legs were weary...
But now he is walking on his own so I simply converted this contraption into a three wheeled ride on, complete with its own trailer and horn! He stears it all through the house and carries his favourite toys in the trailer.
This is a really good value, well thought out product that has been used constantly for the last 2 years. And just as he was getting too big for it my wife tells me there is another one on the way... I'd better polish it up and get it ready for the next one!

I don't think the negative review is a true reflection of this product.
My boys have all loved it - Ours has survived twins+a little brother. We found the trike very stable, and the walker was excellent when they started to cruise. 4 years later, and it's still like new.
The handle bars need to be 'clicked' when screwed in. A great product, and on offer in Toys r us for fifteen pounds at the moment - bargain Aug 2008

Fabulous toy

A Must have for all toddlers
