A really nice thermometer, tiny enough to carry in my changing bag and comes with a handy little pouch and you don't need extra covers to take the temperature like some ear probes. Really struggled to put the wrist strap on though! I had been told that forehead thermometers where inaccurate so I did also purchase an ear thermometer but my Daughter hates it but I thought if in any doubt I could have it as back up, where as the forehead thermometer has been accurate so far and is easy to use without even waking her up to take a measurement.

From the picture I was expecting this to be fairly small, but actually the thermometer is tiny! It comes with a little carry bag to protect it, which is a good idea.
The thermometer provides "corrected" reading to allow comparison with internal temperatures. With consecutive readings there are minor differences in readings, but never enough to throw the issue into doubt.
Having previously had a cheap ear thermometer, this is altogether a better product, and is recommended.

I bought this recently when my daughter was ill as she hates the underarm digital thermometer I previously used. I used this one for the first time today when I suspected she had a temperature. As the first reading was so I high I straight away took another 2 to be sure - being careful to take the temperature from the correct part of the forehead - and the readings ranged from 36 to 40 degrees! Tested on myself taking 3 readings and again results varied by 2-3 degrees within the space of less than a minute! I will be going back to the under arm thermometer... at least I know it is reliable.
