The Tommee Tippee Breast Pads are the best pads I have found. They are larger than any other make I have come across. The material used is very comfortable and the pads are shaped for extra comfort. The pad is ultra absorbant and can hold a large amount of liquid and still do not leak. Each pair is indiviually wrapped for added hygeine. The pads are more expensive than some other brands but I have found them to be the best value as they are so absorbant; they have no loose fibres on the pad like some others do. No more embarasing moments of having a wet top, or being uncomfortable at night these pads will keep you dry and help you to feel more feminine. Each pad can be stuck to your bra with a small sticky lable. A must have item if you have a heavy milk flow and if you want to remain confident whilst breastfeeding.

They don't do what they say they do: they don't stay on its place, they crumple and they become soaked and leak. The plus side is that they are wrapped. If you only need one, they are wrapped by pair...
They didn't get one star as that goes to the Boots ones, whih are really bad.
The best (I have tried them all: Chicco, Avent, etc) are the ones from Lansinoh: thin, highly absorbing, never leaked, don't crumple and don't irritate the skin/nipple, like the Chicco do...

I have so far tried 3 brands including TT, lansinoh and naturacare being the other two.
This is by far worst product, hardly absorbs, barely stays in place.
But one good thing is, it does not itch (may be bcos it did not absorb as well!)

Of all the pads I've tried these are the best. They're not too bulky so they don't show through your tops and they're big enough to last all day and they also stay where you put them.

this is my first review ever, and the reason for writing it is that i strongly disagree with the 4-star rating of this product. yes, it's cheap (2.70 a pack), but have found them weak compared with Lansinoh Disposable Nursing Pads (60 Pieces) (the only other product of this kind i have tried). cons:
1. packed as a pair, not individually. sometimes you might want to replace one pad during the day, so opening another pair seems not so practical and hygienic. also, the actual bag they're sealed in is not as easy to open, whereas the lansinoh pads' bag has a perforation for an easy, one-pull opening.
2. contrary to the product picture on the package, i was disappointed to find that the pads are basically, well, flat. the folding and squeezing of just one evening's wear made the protective lining and the inner pad separate, and the inner part even folded at some parts.
3. the protective lining feels rather synthetic, so in hot weather when you sweat a little it's not so 'breathable', resulting in an unpleasant odor.

in all above points i have found Lansinoh Disposable Nursing Pads (60 Pieces) to be superior (individually packed, truly breast-shaped, and more breathable and comfortable overall), but at double the price, of course. so..you make the choice!

For when I had my first baby, these were a godsend. They come packed in 25 individual packs of 2-each

Pros:
-They're big enough to give you complete protection. I found that Johnson's ones, while thicker, were so small that when I lay on my side to feed the baby and my other breast moved a bit (because I was lying down), I'd be suddenly leaking all over the place. With these, no such problem!

-I go through 2-3 a day but there have been days I didn't get time to change and they lasted the whole day without giving me a wet feeling. They convert the moisture to gel so it stays away from the skin

-They're invisible under clothes. And as a regular user, I can say they are just as good as the top-rated Lansinoh ones. In fact they are almost the same except for the double sticky tape on Lansinoh.

-At the price Amazon and ASDA are retailing it at (£2.70), its literally half the price of the closest competitor Lansinoh.

Con:
-The single sticky strip behind them. Lansinoh has two strips which makes it easier to position in the early days of using. Plus, the sticky tape some times rolls off for some reason.

That said, this is my every day go-to breast-pad. Brilliant.

I was quite impressed with this product until I tried Lansinoh, but they still come second, above Chicco and Avent.
Tommy Tippee breast pads are large (unlike Avent), comfortable and absorbent, with a medium thickness (Avent pads are significantly thicker, but Lansinoh are definitely 'ultra thin'). They are packaged in packs of two, so i don't feel so guilty about all the extra plastic i'm using. Although not obviously moulded, they don't tend to ruck up lots inside the bra cup (like Chicco), however if you don't use the sticky adhesive, the writing on the tape can show through both a bra and white clothes. A big down side for me is that I don't like the way the surface nearest your breast comes away from the inner part in the centre of the pad, and sticks to your skin.
Lansinoh wins over the Tommy Tippee pads because they're thinner, don't stick to the breast, are properly moulded into breast shape, and also because with Lansinoh pads it's very easy to see where the milk has been absorbed into gel, and how much of the pad is still usable. I think that I leak a lot, so this may not be an important concern for other women, but it's invaluable to me, after too many wet tops when the pad has overflowed!
