After trying many other teethers with limited success, I wish I'd purchased the Puzzle Teether at the very start. My son started teething early (just under 4 months) Being so young he wasn't at the stage where he was able to coordinate holding a teether and putting the right bit into his mouth. No problem with the puzzle teether as it twists and turns making it so easy for your little one to find part of it with their mouth.
Different textures around the teether make it an ideal teether for now and the months/teeth still to come!

My 4 month old baby girl has just started teething and is finding it very hard going, in lots of pain and very unsettled. This toy / teether is fantastic. Its light enough for her to pick up and hold on her own and put into her mouth, she also uses it is a toy and it easily distracts her from the pain which none of her other 100's of toys do...

My son really likes this teether as it not only helps to ease the pain of teething but it is interesting for him to play with as it makes rattling noises and it has a lot of interesting colours and textures. I would recommend this product for teething babies over 6 months, I found that until this age the teether was a little big for his mouth.

Superb!
This is a great toy, keeps my baby entertain for a long time, it can be folded and unfolded by a baby, makes noise, it is light and easy to hold.

Very attractive yet unsafe!

Nice toy though not a teether
The baby enjoyed rattling this around though gave (assuming) absolutely no relief for teething for our baby. Soft gel toys or water based teethers have worked for us much better. Read more
