If you have never heard Moss before this is probably the best place to start,if you like the idea of being pulled backwards through tar for an eternity with a migraine, this is for you,at forty minutes, its easier to digest than their previous output, which is definitley worth seeking out.
This is a compilation of singles, a split with the excellent Monarch and a cover version of a Discharge song. You need this.

Aptly Titled Doom 29 Mar. 2013
By Scott Rosenbluth - Published on
Format: Audio CD
If there was a contest for "Most Crushing Guitar Tone" or "Best Album Title Befitting The Music Inside", Moss would have won both hands freaking down! That heavy heavy, low low, crushing tone just hammers out the light. The vocals are buried deep in the mix, sounding like they are strangled in Moss. This may be a five star Doom album but it's hard to imagine anyone but die-hard Doom enthusiasts getting through the first track alone, without succumbing to the languid squalor of sap slow Mega-DOOM. Get this and prepare a ritual, session, or whatever you do with your green and let it take you under with heaviness.
