I bought this for me IQ routes Tom Tom and to be honest it's ok for the price you're charged on Amazon but I wouldn't pay full price anywhere else.
The case is for a sat nav up to the XL size, mine is 4.3" I think and thus it's too big. I cut down the packing insert and left part in so my sat nav isn't swimming in the case. Having said this the case is good, the clasp is magnetic and stays in place, it's a nice design and serves its purpose. You can also charge in in the case if you wish whether at home or in the car.
The home charger does what it's meant to but you don't know when the sat nav is fully charged as there's no indicator on the charger or the device. It does what it's meant to though.
I would recommend only if you're paying a reduced amount. I'd be disappointed to pay full price but for the reduced price, it's pretty much a no brainer for an original Tom Tom product.

This is really good value. The case keeps the Tom-Tom safe and the charger comes with adapters for most types of electrical socket or lets you charge it via the PC.
