I just wanted a protective case for the TomTom Start that would fit in my pocket. The cable to connect with the cigar lighter can be left in the car, and the USB cable can be stored near the PC. This case accommodates just the TomTom with attached mount, and has a nice soft feel to it. It has a tag with the TomTom logo and a magnetic clasp. Two sides are elasticated and the side with the fastener is completely open. The screen is well protected, but the open sides mean it will get wet if exposed to rain. So the advice is keep it in your pocket when carrying to your car.

Amazon Verified Purchase
I purchased a Tom Tom Start 20 and naively assumed a Tom Tom Start carry case would be the appropriate item to accompany it. It's not; the case isn't nearly big enough, such a misleading description. I would guess that it will fit a Start withough the 20 suffix hence a 2 star rating but don't take my word for it.

I got a Tomtom Start 20 for Chrismas, saw this case and thought it ideal so ordered it from Pentagon GPS.
Unfortunately this case is about 100mm square and not suitable for the widescreen range of Tomtom Starts.
I returned it to Pentagon GPS who through Amazon refunded my money very quickly

Cheap and it does what it says on the tin. Fits snugly in my pocket. Can't say more than that...
