Product Description

Product Description

This volume brings together the best of the Tom Peters seminars, complete with visual materials. The Tom Peters Seminar demonstrates Peters' unconventional analysis that challenges outdated corporate structures and demonstrates that in the 1990s, "imagination is the source of value in the economy." Peters' bold ideas vault business thinking beyond change--toward invention and revolution.

4.0 out of 5 stars He makes his point, 27 Nov 2001
By A Customer
This review is from: The Tom Peters Seminar (Paperback)
This book is very good if you want to look for ways to put wow in to your organisation. The style is a bit cocky but the layout is very good. There are notes at the end of esch chapter to summarise what's been said.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome blueprint for radical change, 31 Jan 2008
This review is from: The Tom Peters Seminar (Paperback)
First read this some 10 years ago and it was mind-blowing. Totally blown away, the realms of what is acceptable and what is possible just changed. Every once in a while a work has an immense impact on your entire being and sets you on a new "path". This did it for me! Absolutely not for those who are dogmatic and wedded to convention. A provocative, uncomfortable, humbling, compassionate and inspirational challenge for all to bring about a paradigm-change in human economic activity. It's exactly as the author puts it, if you're not agitated and pumped up after the first chapter then this isn't for you.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good, if you like postmodernism on management!, 8 April 2002
This review is from: The Tom Peters Seminar (Paperback)
If you are one of this kind of managers, students of management or teachers that distrust the rational model and the quantitative approach, if you don't believe to much in the «science of management» and in the knowledge that brings you and MBA, and (this is an important detail) if you like a funny book you must read it!
