CD 1 and 2 are entertaining and full of truth on the daily life and mood of professionnal salespeople.
CD 3 covers no new concept and from time to time it is difficult to follow the argumentation.
The 3 CD set comes in a cardboard box, very thin, but OK. Fun to listen to in a car. However it is really necessary to invest in and read carefully the original book
