5.0 out of 5 stars For the dreamer bunch.., 30 Dec 2002
By
This review is from: Toltec Dreamer: A Collection of Memorable Events from the Life of a Man-of-action (Paperback)
Its a book that talks about dreaming, and it is somehow like The Art Of Dreaming (by Castaneda), just that in this case.. there is no dJ to save the day.... If you havent read CC.. it would make a bit less sense than if you had. The content is really funny but heavy at the same time. There are detailed accounts of dreaming and encounters with the inorganics . If you thought dreaming was fun, I think you should read this book first before attempting anything. It is also a serious warning, regarding to the inorganic beings and their trickery... and how.. persistant they can become. If you didnt understand what the flyer mind is, you will . I also believe, Spirit played a great role in there.. its between the lines, wonderful. Intent will slip thru before you notice.. And, also.. i believe there will be something in there.. that will drag you in, will make you feel.... and wont let you go until you have finished it.. In few words.. the book was too short. It was valuable for me, to find that CC was not the only one to find such things in dreaming and that he was not the only one who could dream the way he described. Very thrilling.. if you are a dreamer.. a must read.

4.0 out of 5 stars man of action, 30 Dec 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: Toltec Dreamer: A Collection of Memorable Events from the Life of a Man-of-action (Paperback)
A superbly told story that immerses you from the very first page. A fantastic adventure and existential meditation, that encourages you to question your perception and beliefs. This book will hook both liberals, and hardened cynics.
