This is a clever idea, based on the success of the Haynes Baby Manual and would make a fun novelty gift idea for Father's Day. As an advice manual, though, it is pretty vague and doesn't really contain much practical information or advice. I certainly wouldn't recommend this if you looking for genuine advice about a specific issue or problem with your toddler. The book does attempt to be funny and there are a few jokes here but it's not exactly a 'laugh out loud' read.

Bought for brother in law but having read through quickly was dissapointed. Have seen better toddler books aimed at men as it didnt read very easily and wasnt that funny. having said that some of information was useful so ended up still giving it to him.
